Over the past five years, Asian Doll has been one of the hottest rappers out of Dallas. Her momentum went on to lead her to a deal with Gucci Mane’s 1017 Records. However, over a year later, she decided to return to the independent route.

This past summer, Asian went on to release her 20-track “Let’s Do A Drill” album. She experimented with more drill sounds on this project, and included appearances from Tay Money, Dougie B, Bory300, and more. Let’s Do A Drill also marked Asian’s first project released, since 2020.

Now, Asian is running into some concerning legal issues. She supposedly has been denied bond, at the moment. As a result, this is said to be due to charges of speeding and doing so without a license, according to Rap Alert. She had a hearing on October 31, after initially being detained, before her concerts in Alabama and Washington, D.C.

Asian also appeared on Instagram live, from jail. Someone recorded her from the facility, while using her Instagram feed. She simply said “Hey everybody,” but did not elaborate further on getting into this situation.
