Five years later, DC is suffering a real loss, as his partner, Ms Jacky Oh, passed away. Azealia is making it about herself, saying this is DC’s karma for insulting her.
Azealia Banks rose to fame in 2011 and immediately caused controversy. First, she went after Iggy Azalea because their names are similar. Second, she went after T.I. for trying to downplay the beef. After that, she had her major label debut EP planned. During that time, she got co-signs from Lil’ Kim. In addition, Missy Elliott was going to be the executive producer. However, Azealia Banks got upset, dissed everyone, and cancelled the project. She even dissed Lil’ Kim and Nicki Minaj afterwards.
