Last year, B.o.B. and T.I. closed 2011 on a high note and started 2012 with a bang. It was during the spring when B.o.B. clearly showed his dominance. B.o.B. released his highly-anticipated sophomore effort, Strange Clouds. The album was met with positive reviews and returned B.o.B. to the forefront of the rap game.
Initially, B.o.B. and T.I. planned to release their albums in the spring of 2012. After releasing their solo efforts, the two had hopes of releasing their collaborative album, similar to Watch the Throne. However, with T.I. focused on expanding the roster of his Grand Hustle label and his own album, the joint effort has been backburnered.
T.I. plans to release Trouble Man in December, right before the end of the year. As the plans for Trouble Man are being made, B.o.B. has a new mixtape in the works. On his Twitter, B.o.B. announced his Fuck ‘Em, We Ball mixtape. Without revealing a specific release date, B.o.B. said the mixtape is due shortly.
