Last month, 10 victims lost their lives, as a result of a white supremacist who shot and killed Black customers, at the Tops grocery store, in Buffalo, NY. This was in a predominantly Black neighborhood as this 18-year-old white teen live streamed the shooting on Twitch.

Many are still grieving this horrific shooting, including Buffalo’s own Benny The Butcher. Benny is one of the hottest rappers out of Buffalo, and he’s now stepping up to bring more awareness of the shooting, and to help the community.

Benny has just released his “Welcome To The States” single. He addresses mass shootings and racism in this record. Benny also revealed on Instagram, that his friend lost his mom, in that shooting. On Welcome To The States, Benny raps over Kendrick Lamar’s “We Cry Together” instrumental.

Benny and his Black Soprano Family artists are also getting together with designers Kat & Nolan Cartwright, to sell “Pray For Buffalo, NY” t-shirts. The names of the 10 victims are also listed on the back of the shirt. 100% of the proceeds will be sent to the Buffalo Survivor Fund, according to TMZ. The proceeds from Welcome To The States will also go to this fund.

Only 200 of these Pray For Buffalo shirts are available. They currently retail for $40 each. They can be purchased here.
