Benzino turns himself in to police due to 2020 altercation 

Benzino has trended for various reasons, over the past several months. These include his relationship with his daughter Coi Leray still not being fixed, feuding with 50 Cent, as well as still dissing Eminem, after his recent induction into the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame.

A 2020 legal case is now landing Benzino in hot water again. According to AllHipHop, Benzino has now turned himself in, to police, in Atlanta. This comes after a warrant was filed. He is also said to have missed a court date, due to having Covid.

Back in 2020, Benzino got into an altercation with his ex-girlfriend and baby mama, Althea Heart, as well as Heart’s new boyfriend. At the time, Benzino got so angry, that he punched the man’s truck. Prior to the arrest, Benzino recently explained to AllHipHop about that altercation. This stems from the original video surfacing again.

“I was kind of arguing with the guy she was with at the time. Long story short, the case was like two years ago and somebody put that old video up and it got me kind of arguing with him.”
