It really doesn’t feel like fourteen years since Destiny’s Child last released an album. That was something they told their fans that it would be the end of an era. Their album was called Destiny Fulfilled and they made sure it was loaded with classic tracks.
Already, Beyonce was one of music’s biggest names, and people were more interested in her solo work. Also, Kelly Rowland also proved herself to be a bankable star. So, the reunion album really was a big deal, on so many levels.
While Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams remain some big forces, in the industry, Beyonce remains the biggest figure. When Beyonce delayed her Coachella performance to 2018, she promised she would gift the fans with something big. Even though most predicted it would be a Destiny’s Child reunion, seeing it is still dope, and the fans are loving this one!
