Beyonce reunites with Destiny’s Child on Renaissance tour
Beyonce was destined for stardom, from the moment she debuted. Her debut came with Destiny’s Child and they quickly took the game over. However, the group did have its upheaval. First, LaTavia Roberson was removed from the group. After that, LeToya Luckett exited the group. Then, Michelle Williams was added. The Destiny’s Child that retired in 2005 consisted of Beyonce, Kelly Rowland, and Williams. On the Renaissance tour, all five of the ladies have reunited.
Beyonce actually wasn’t the first Destiny’s Child member to go solo. Not only did Kelly Rowland debut first, but also, she topped Billboard with Nelly. However, when Beyonce made her debut, just one summer later, the world forgot about that. With Jay-Z, Beyonce formed a powerhouse couple that has dominated hip hop for two decades. Her success as a solo artist has overshadowed much of what the other ladies have done.
Beyonce is currently on the Renaissance tour and her girls came out to support. This was something that the fans truly enjoyed seeing. While Beyonce is extending her legacy as one of the greatest performers of all-time, Destiny’s Child was there to support. After the show, Beyonce took photos with the ladies who used to perform alongside her. She was out there with LeToya Luckett, LaTavia Roberson, Kelly Rowland, and Michelle Williams.
