Last week, Beyoncé confirmed that the title of her forthcoming album is titled “Cowboy Carter.” This comes after she initially announced this country album in February, on Super Bowl Sunday. Moreover, that was also the same night that she aired a commercial with Verizon, along with releasing two new singles in “16 Carriages” and the Billboard Hot 100 chart-topping “Texas Hold ‘Em.”

Meanwhile, Beyoncé has also just confirmed the official cover art for Cowboy Carter, ahead of its March 29 release date. Here, she is displayed in a cowboy outfit, and sitting on a white horse. Furthermore, Bey is also holding an American flag.

Furthermore, Beyoncé also opened up about the process of creating Carter Cowboy. She reveal that this project has been worked on over the last five years, and really wanted to make sure she delivered a great country album.

“This album has been over five years in the making. It was born out of an experience that I had years ago where I did not feel welcomed…and it was very clear that I wasn’t. But, because of that experience, I did a deeper dive into the history of Country music and studied our rich musical archive.”
