Through the course of her career, Beyonce has been the biggest name in music. Few artists can tout being number one throughout their entire run. Some haters have tried to say that Beyonce’s fallen off, but her fan base won’t allow that.
Beyonce is an icon in music, but she has also done work in the film industry. Most recently, she was a part of The Lion King remake, and she definitely had a huge impact. Her part on the soundtrack produced one of the summer’s top songs.
However, when the Oscars announced their nominees for Original Song, there was one person missing. Because of this, the #BeyHive is swarming. This morning, they took to Twitter to take the Oscars to task, in a big way, calling racism, and the bystanders are definitely not disagreeing with them.
