Last week, Beyoncé had social media buzzing, after releasing her country album, “Cowboy Carter.” 27 songs were released, which were led by singles such as “16 Carriages” and the Billboard Hot 100 chart-topping “Texas Hold ‘Em.” Moreover, Beyoncé also collaborated with Miley Cyrus, Post Malone, Willie Nelson, and more.

Meanwhile, Beyoncé has just reached another major milestone with Cowboy Carter. According to Chart Data, it has now sold over 500,000 units and is eligible for gold certification in the US. Furthermore, it is also the fastest album in 2024 to hit this mark.

In addition to this record, Cowboy Carter is also on its way to debuting at number one in the US, on the Billboard 200 chart. It’s on pace for this, after a projected 403,000 units. This would also be the biggest number one debut of 2024.

Beyoncé’s release of Cowboy Carter comes after she had a massive 2023, with venturing on her Renaissance World Tour. This lasted from May-October, as this promoted her 2022 Billboard 200 chart-topping “Renaissance” album. Many fans also expect Bey to go on another world tour for her Cowboy Carter album, as well.
