Beyoncé’s “Cuff It” single reaches 2x platinum eligibility, following release of new “Wetter” remix for it

Beyoncé’s “Cuff It” single off of “Renaissance” album goes platinum
Beyoncé has been a huge trending topic over the past three weeks, due to announcing her Renaissance World Tour. Fan demand has been through the roof, as Beyoncé has added more dates for select cities. Fans have also been highly active on Ticketmaster for tickets, as the platform created a registration process to be able to to make a purchase for this tour. Fans had been anticipating this four for all of 2022, and Beyoncé finally went on to confirm it, on February 1.
However, Beyoncé’s “Renaissance” album is also posting huge numbers. This project was released in July of 2022, as it marked her first solo album since 2016’s “Lemonade.” That easily debuted at number one in the US, on the Billboard 200 chart.
One of the biggest records from Renaissance to this point, has been “Cuff It”. This month, Beyoncé also released a Cuff It (Wetter remix), which samples Twista’s 2009 “Wetter” single. As a result, Twista is also now currently working on his own remix of Cuff It. Fans recognize him as one of the most iconic rappers out of Chicago since the 1990s.
