Beyoncé’s “Texas Hold ‘Em” becomes her ninth number one solo hit on Billboard Hot 100

Beyoncé’s “Texas Hold ‘Em” becomes number one song in US
A few weeks ago, Beyoncé took the internet by storm, after releasing two new singles, on the night of the Super Bowl. That came after releasing a SB commercial with Verizon, as well. Moreover, these two new records went on to be “16 Carriages” and “Texas Hold ‘Em,” both of which were country songs.
As a result, Texas Hold ‘Em went on to see a number two debut in the US, on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Its momentum has since soared even higher, as it has just climbed atop of the chart. According to Chart Data, Texas Hold ‘Em is also Beyoncé’s ninth number one solo hit on the Hot 100, and her 13th overall. On Monday, Texas Hold ‘Em also went on to become the fastest song in 2024, to reach gold eligibility in the US. That came as a result of selling over 500,000 units.
Furthermore, Texas Hold ‘Em will appear on Beyoncé’s forthcoming country album, “Act II.” This will be released on March 29, and will serve as an entire country album. This will be Bey’s second album since 2022, as her previous one was “Renaissance,” as she also ventured on her world tour in promotion of this, last year.
