Bia argues with fans who say she isn’t Black

Bia had the game on lock, a few years ago, when she released “Whole Lotta Money.” The song became one of the biggest songs of summer 2021. In the middle of the female rap wars, she got Nicki Minaj to hop on the remix. Unlike most of the others, Bia and Nicki Minaj have maintained a solid relationship, even performing together. However, Bia and some of the fans got into it. Recently, fans began accusing her of not really being Black. As a result, she shared a photo of her grandfather.

Bia is a native of Boston and was one of the first rappers from the city in decades to have success. Her look has had a lot of people confused. While she’s clearly not a White woman, a lot of people were not willing to say that she was Black. Honestly, none of those things are anyone’s business, outside of her own. But, in this day and age, everyone has an opinion, and everyone feels the need to explain themselves.

Bia got into an argument with some fans, who criticized her race. For sure, Bia would know what her race is, if no one else does. She says she’s a Black woman and that’s honestly where the debate starts and ends. However, some people didn’t believe her, and they began telling her she wasn’t Black. As a result, she began arguing with them. She shared a photo of her grandfather, and they said it was her stepfather, leading to her admitting her stepdad raised her, but this was her biological grandfather.
