A couple of years ago, tons of new blood entered the rap game and three of those guys to enter were Big K.R.I.T., J. Cole, and Kendrick Lamar. Safe to say all three have left their mark on the game, but Big K.R.I.T. is not as big of a star as the others. Earlier this year, Sha Money XL told Hip Hop Vibe how the Big K.R.I.T. deal came together.

Big K.R.I.T. released his debut album, Live From The Underground, during the summer of 2012. Now, Big K.R.I.T. is gearing up for the release of his new album, Cadillactica, which is due next week. To promote the album, Big K.R.I.T. is hitting the road and he ended up arriving in Montreal.

Montreality stopped Big K.R.I.T. and they talked for a few minutes. Competition is what hip hop is all about and Big K.R.I.T. spoke on his. Their conversation centered around Big K.R.I.T.’s competitive nature when it comes to J. Cole and Kendrick Lamar, who have both had their fair share of mainstream success.
