Big Sean talks “Hottest MCs in the Game” with DJ Semtex [VIDEO]

Despite not releasing an album last year, Big Sean has continued to dominate. Finally let off the bench on Kanye West’s team, G.O.O.D. Music, Big Sean showed the world what he could be if given a chance. Impressing the game with his string of hits, Big Sean had intentions of keeping the music coming with his sophomore album.

With his album set to come after Cruel Summer and a warm-up mixtape, Big Sean had the stage set, but a few things were overlooked. Cruel Summer wound up facing several delays and it almost became the highly-discussed album, Cruel Winter. Closing 2012 out, Big Sean decided to delay his album until 2013.

Still, Big Sean had collaborations with Tyga, Jay-Z, G.O.O.D. Music, Chris Brown, and Lil Wayne. It was due to this run that Big Sean landed at number six on MTV’s “Hottest MCs in the Game.” A lot of people have called MTV out over their list and they have responded. While Big Sean was in London, he talked to DJ Semtex about “Hottest MCs in the Game.”
