A Detroit player for life, Big Sean recently hit the DMV area up when he performed in Maryland at The Fillmore. Last year was big for Sean, but not as big as originally planned. With the Cruel Summer delays and his Detroit mixtape, Big Sean chose to push his Hall of Fame album back. Now, Big Sean is preparing to jump back in and push his album.
Being from Detroit, Big Sean is the first rapper to gain mainstream success from the Motor City since Eminem. Showing an entirely different side of Detroit hip hop, Big Sean is often asked about Eminem. Several interviewers have asked Big Sean about the possibility of collaborating with Eminem. Hearing it so much, Big Sean decided to try and make that happen for Hall of Fame.
This past week, there has been a lot of talk about Big Sean. Last week, Big Sean released his “Switch Up” single with Common. Big Sean also confirmed his romance with Naya Rivera. While in the DMV area, Big Sean talked to 93.9 WYKS about all that he has going on. During his interview, Big Sean talked about “Switch Up,” Eminem, Naya Rivera, and much more with 93.9.
