Bill Maher asks why Black people in Chicago are killing each other

Bill Maher is often speaking out and making controversial statements. In addition, he has several high profile interviews with Black celebrities and leaders. As a result, he feels comfortable enough to offer his opinion on such matters as the Chicago violence. Recently, he had a couple of college professors on his show. While the conversation was centered on what universities are teaching, he did pivot into some issues in Black America. This led him to ask why the people in Chicago are doing what they’re doing.

Bill Maher, like other personalities of his ilk, often have commentary about matters that truly don’t concern them. The truth is that places like Chicago are how they are due to neglect. This is the kind of neglect that comes from the lawmakers. Certain advantages given to people in certain areas aren’t given to people in these Chicago neighborhoods. As a result, the situation winds up devolving into what people like Bill Maher now criticize.

Bill Maher recently had two university professors on his show. While most of the conversation centered on what is going on in colleges, he also asked about Chicago. Actually, Maher was using Chicago as an example. However, while speaking on the city, and the violence, he questioned what was going on. His question was directed at the Black professor. During the conversation, he asked why Black people in Chicago keep killing each other. In addition, he asked why a Black celebrity “they look up to” won’t speak out.
