Earlier this week, legendary Cash Money Records rapper B.G. was finally released from prison. This was after serving 12 out of a 14-year sentence, for a gun possession case. Currently, the Louisiana native is 43-years-old. However, B.G. is now under two years of supervised released. Conditions of this includes receiving his GED, completing a drug/alcohol treatment program, completing 400 unpaid hours of community service, as well as not possessing any firearms.
As a result, B.G. went on to be greeted by Birdman after being released. Birdman initially signed B.G. to Cash Money at 13. However, B.G. did leave the label, over two decades ago.
Meanwhile, Birdman has also just appeared in a new interview on The 85 South Show, with co-hosts Karlous Miller, DC Young Fly and Chico Bean. Birdman reflected on first meeting B.G. at 13, and added that he’s signing to Cash Money, once again. Moreover, a Cash Money reunion is also in the works, according to him.
