Blac Chyna is clapping back at former partner Rob Kardashian’s lawsuit where he alleges that she assaulted him back in December 2016. Rob claims in a lawsuit that Blac Chyna attacked him back in December of 2016. According to his lawsuit, she attacked him while she was under the influence, and also tried to choke him with an iPhone charger.
Chyna is refuting those claims stating that Rob is exaggerating the details in his lawsuit. She claims that she didn’t injure him, but instead only broke his heart. Filing new documents, Chyna is seeking to have his lawsuit against her thrown out.
A separation allegation by Rob included details where Chyna pulled out a gun, pointed it at him, and told his friends that she’ll kill him if “he messes up.” Chyna claims she was only joking and that everyone who was witness could tell she was joking.
She wants the case thrown out on the grounds that no actual assault occurred and Rob never actually sustained any real injuries.
