Blac Youngsta’s attorney, Art Horne, drops Young Dolph murder suspect, Justin Johnson, as a client

Three suspects in the murder of Young Dolph Have been arrested this week. These included 23-year-old Justin Johnson, 32-year-old Cornelius Smith, and 27-year-old Shundale Barnett. Barnett was arrested yesterday, on accessory to murder charges.

Its been rumored that Johnson and Smith also received legal representation from Art Horne. Horne was able to get charges against Black Youngsta from 2017 dropped, as he had to turn himself in, after Dolph’s Mercedes-Benz van was shot at 100 times, in Charlotte.

Now, Horne is addressing the speculation now. He has confirmed on social media that he’s no longer representing Johnson, who’s stage name is also Straight Drop. On Instagram, Horne also called out the misinformation being spread about him, in news articles.

“After reading a few recent articles, watching a half dozen blogs and skimming through the comments section I’ve learned a sobering fact: Misinformation spreads and sells far faster than the truth. There’s also an old quote that goes: ‘A lie will make it halfway around the world before the truth puts it’s shoes on.'”

Horne also told Jeremy Pierre of Fox 13 Memphis, that he’s not representing anyone else involved in the Young Dolph murder case, either.
