Black kid gets jumped by White kids at a Cook Out restaurant
Recently, a Twitter video received viral attention. The video depicts a group of young men, likely teenagers, all engaged in fisticuffs. A large number of these young men seemed to be targeting just one person. However, despite having a large number of people against him, the one young man more than held his own. All of this took place inside of a Cook Out fast food restaurant.
Cook Out is a North Carolina-based company. Over the past decade, the restaurant has expanded into franchising. As a result, Cook Out has locations in several states. In addition to North Carolina, they are in South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Kentucky, Tennessee, Maryland, Virginia, Mississippi, and West Virginia. As a result, this situation had to have taken place in one of those states.
It’s unclear what motivated this situation, but the video has almost 600,000 views. In any event, the video depicts a young Black man who has at least seven other young men, mostly White, attacking him. As the guys back him into a corner, the Black kid managed to fight back enough. However, with that many people against him, there wasn’t much he could do.
