While his family wants further investigation, the police officers claimed there was no foul play. However, Carter went missing after being chased by a group of white men. Now, Ben Crump has taken over the case, in addition to cases such as Tyre Nichols.
The state of Mississippi has a deep history, which isn’t all of the best in history. That said, there is nowhere is perfect. However, none of that has to do anything with Rasheem Carter, and his untimely passing. Everything about his passing has been horrific. Given the suspicious details surrounding his passing, Carter’s family is demanding answers. To that end, the family has employed the services of Ben Crump to ensure some form of justice is served.
