It’s often been said that there’s no deeper bond than that between a mother and her child. However, there are exceptions to every rule. One woman wants nothing to do with her own daughter. This stems from the color of her child’s skin. Both ladies are Black, but because her daughter is dark-skinned, the mother doesn’t want her. In fact, she said her daughter isn’t her biological child.
Parenting isn’t an easy job, however most parents say it’s worth the reward. In many cases, it’s a thankless job. However, a good parent raises their children the best way they know how to. In addition, a good parent builds bonds with their children. Opening lines of communication are important for various reasons. However, this mother didn’t do any of those things.
On “The Karamo Show,” a woman came on the show to disown her adult daughter. Despite raising her child and being there, she said her daughter isn’t her child. The mother, who is Black, doesn’t want her daughter, due to her darker skin tone. In addition, the mother insists her whole family is tall and light-skinned. As a result, she thinks her daughter was switched at birth with her biological child.
