It’s no secret that Bobby Brown has endured his fair share of struggles and it was dived into on “The New Edition Story.” Tonight, though, it’s all about “The Bobby Brown Story.” Here, Bobby (Woody McClain) relives all of his dark moments.
Through his career, it was heavily hinted at that Bobby reverted to hustling, when he wasn’t a part of New Edition. The early parts of the movie, tonight, have confirmed this. It also showed an intense encounter with his mother.
When a sixteen year old Bobby, already a father, left his parents’ home to go hustle, his mom (Sandi McCree) confronted him. During their encounter, Bobby threw in her face that she also hustled, and came with proof. Twitter is so raw, tonight, that they have “Bobby Mama” literally trending.
