Bobby Shmurda Helps Fathers in Homeless Shelters in Brooklyn, By Giving Out Free Food, Haircuts, and Toys For Their Children, on Father’s Day
Bobby Shmurda continues to give back, as he’s been a free man since February, after being in prison for almost six years. Now, the Brooklyn rapper is helping his local hometown community in a major way for Father’s Day.
According to TMZ, Bobby was in Brooklyn today helping fathers, who are in shelters. He assisted them with free food, haircuts, and also toys did their children. A brunch was held, where food such as chicken wings, eggs, waffles, and more were served.
Among the shelters that Bobby visited were the Win Shelter and CAMBA Men’s Shelter. His godchildren also came through to help these fathers. Some of the toys that were gifted to the children were gaming consoles, Hot Wheels sets, board games, action figures, footballs, jump ropes, and princess-themed costumes.
Bobby has yet to release new music since being released from prison. Fans have been anxiously waiting for a new release, as he’s previewed some records, but that’s it. He also went to the studio with DaBaby. In the meantime though, he’s definitely making a huge impact in people’s lives who need help the most.
