Bobby Shmurda announces “Hoochi Daddy” single 

In February 2021, Bobby Shmurda was finally released from prison, after being incarcerated since December 2014. Bobby had been convicted on charges such as conspiracy and weapons charges. It took a while for Bobby to finally release new music, after prison, but began to be very consistent, in the fall.

In 2022, Bobby has releases the singles “Getting Em Back” and “They Don’t Know.” Now, Bobby has another record coming next week. He just took to social media to announce that his “Hoochi Daddy” single will be released on July 16. This appears to be a summer anthem for the fellas, that Bobby is aiming for. He briefly previewed some of this single, on his Instagram feed.

Fans also hope that Bobby will finally release his long-awaited debut studio album, as well. The last project he released was way back in his breakout 2014. This was the “Shmurda She Wrote” EP, which is certified gold, in the US. That also contained Bobby’s biggest hit to take, “Hot N*gga,” as well as “Bobby B*tch.” Hot N*gga is 5x platinum in the US.
