Bobby Shmurda to release “Bodboy” EP, on August 5

Bobby Shmurda to release “BodBoy” EP on August 5

Bobby Shmurda has gone the independent route, since he left Epic Records in March. That came over a year after he was finally released from prison, after serving almost a seven-year sentence. Bobby released several new singles in 2021, which were the first since 2014, by him. Those included “They Don’t Know,” “Shmoney” featuring Quavo and Rowdy Rebel, and more.

Last week, Bobby also went on to release his first single of 2022, “Hoochie Daddy.” This is two months after his “Getting Em Back” single was released.

Now, Bobby’s first project of 2022 is on the way. A press release has revealed that his “Bodboy” EP will be available on August 5. This project will feature nine tracks, along with appearances from Rowdy Rebel and Fat Tony.

This is Bobby’s first project since his highly successful debut “Shmurda She Wrote” EP was released, back in 2014. That project featured his massive breakout hit single, “Hot N*gga.”

Bobby’s long-awaited debut studio album is also on its way. It will reportedly be titled “Ready To Live.” Bobby recently revealed that fans can expect Meek Mill, DaBaby, 42 Dugg, Key Glock, and more, on that project.
