In a new video trending on Twitter, 2000’s rapper Bone Crusher finally tells the meaning behind his classic single “Never Scared”. For the first time since its 2003 release, he tells fans the real concept behind the mega hit.

During the early 2000’s Bone Crusher literally pushed his way into mainstream rap and hip-hop. Often credited as one of the founding voices of the “Crunk” era, his sound was larger than life. His single “Neva Scared” featuring T.I. and Killer Mike was the leading single of his 2003 debut album AttenCHUN. That album shocked the music world, debuting at number one on the billboard charts. Adding another level of achievement, the single earned Bone Crusher a Source Award and a Grammy Nomination. Fans in the sports world enjoyed the single so much that, it became the 2003 theme song for the Atlanta Braves MLB.
Although short-lived, Bone Crusher’s reign in rap was a moment the world won’t forget. During his interview he shared how hard his life was when the song was created, giving a new meaning to “Never Scared”.
