#Boomerang is on point with the 90s music! Fans on Twitter give BET praise for this 1990s music, as fans say it’s literally their childhood + Love Game Night #BoomerangonBET

Tonight, “Boomerang” officially made the transition from being the classic Eddie Murphy movie, from 1992, into a BET series. This marks the first time Tequan Richmond led a series. Best-known for “Everybody Hates Chris,” he was on “General Hospital” from 2012-2018.

Bryson (Richmond) is an ambitious young man that hopes to climb the corporate ladder. At the same time, he is a mans man and one with his crew. It’s captivating watching him go through his ups and downs, in this modern world.

While some weren’t thrilled with the idea of a “Boomerang” series, they have to give Lena Waithe and BET their props. If nothing else, this music is fire. All of these 90s hits have Twitter in a frenzy, especially during the “Game Night” scenes, where all of the beloved music was being played.
