Last week, Megan Thee Stallion took to Instagram Live to finally come out over a month later and say that Tory Lanez was the one who shot her in her feet last month after a house party in Hollywood Hills. This is due to people still demanding answers and Lanez’s PR team supposedly feeding fake stories to media outlets. Megan also added that she initially didn’t tell police that Lanez shot her.
Many people on social media are calling for male rappers to speak out in support of Megan and condemn Lanez’s alleged actions. Boosie Badazz was recently interviewed on Instagram Live by The Shade Room and was asked about the situation. He explained that he supports both Megan and Lanez but was nervous about saying the wrong thing and being subjected to criticism.
Boosie continued to get pushed to give his take but he continued to refuse. This was probably a good idea considering the fact that he made problematic comments about Dwyande Wade’s trans daughter, Zaya, earlier this year. Check out Boosie refusing to speak on Lanez/Megan below.
