Boosie pleads not guilty in San Diego gun case

Earlier this month, Boosie was arrested, while he was filming a music video in San Diego. At the time, he was working with SD artist Bully Three. Boosie was arrested on various gun-related charges, which included felony in possession of a firearm and concealed carry weapon in a vehicle. He was also charged for possession of ammunition by a prohibited person and unlisted owner of a registered firearm. This arrest initially occurred on May 6, at Market Street in the Chollas View neighborhood.

Furthermore, Boosie went on to posted $50,000 bail, and later performed at his scheduled concert in San Diego. There, he wanted fans in attendance to chant “F*ck San Diego Police.” This performance was ate Phantom Lounge and Nightclub in the Gaslamp Quarter.

Meanwhile, Boosie went on to appear in court, on Monday. As a result, he plead not guilty to in this case, according to the San Diego Union-Tribune. If convicted, Boosie faces three years in prison. Another man who was arrested with Boosie didn’t end up getting charged, at all.
