But when he was a kid, Bow Wow was one of the top ten rappers in the game. The people criticizing him have never been a top ten anything. While Bow Wow takes most of his insults, he is speaking out about the accusations of him stealing $15,000 from a child. Simply, Bow Wow said he didn’t do it.
Bow Wow still is one of the biggest names in entertainment. If this wasn’t true, people wouldn’t be so quick to tie his name to nonsense. Every time his name is placed in controversy, it becomes a major headline. That, alone, shows how much star power and influence Bow Wow still has on the culture, as a whole. So it made for a good story to say that he’s fallen so low that he could scam a ten year old girl out of $15,000 over a verse.
Bow Wow is well aware that people are accusing him of stealing from a little girl. The official report said that a ten year old girl paid Bow Wow $15,000 for a verse. However, after receiving the money, he cut contact with her. As a result, the girl’s team is suing Bow Wow. There’s only one problem with this. The money was paid via CashApp. When Bow Wow spoke out, he said this was an impostor, as he doesn’t handle business on apps, as all of his business comes through management.
