Three years ago, Bow Wow revealed he was retiring from the rap game, following the release of his album, New Jack City, Pt. II. Months after announcing this retirement, Bow Wow revealed he had signed with Cash Money Records. Upon signing with Cash Money Records, Bow Wow began releasing several mixtapes.

In 2010, Bow Wow finally entered the studio to begin working on his Cash Money Records debut. Last year, he announced the title as Underrated. The album has faced several delays since the initial release date of November 2011. Currently, Bow Wow has the album set to hit stores this April, the same month popular YMCMB rapper, Nicki Minaj returns with her second album.

Bow Wow recently sat down with VIBE.com to discuss the new album and the number of artists he is working with.
