When “Power” made the decision to move on from Ghost (Omari Hardwick), Tariq (Rainey, Jr.) became the star of the show. During the later seasons of the original “Power,” fans hated Tariq. However, when he came the lead, the fans immediately began rooting for him. Like most seasons of “Power,” season three began with Tariq in full control and winning.
