Bun B Wears Atlanta Braves Hat, After Losing World Series Bet, to Big Boi [VIDEO]

Last night, the Atlanta Braves took home their first World Series championship, since 1995, They ended up defeating the Houston Astros, 7-0, to take the series in six games. All of Atlanta was definitely lit after the game, including some of the city’s biggest rappers.

Outkast’s Big Boi has been supporting the Braves for years, and last night, felt even sweeter. He also had a bet with Bun B, who’s from nearby Port Arthur, that the winner of the series, had to wear the opposing team’s hat.

Bun ended up keeping his word, as Big Boi posted a video to Instagram, of Bun wearing a Braves hat. In the clip, he shouted out the Braves for their success, all while making it known that he believes the Astros will be back in the World Series again, in 2022.

Bun and Big Boi also have history together, as they created one of the biggest songs in hip-hop of all-time. This was back in 2007, when UGK and Outkast collaborated on “International Players Anthem.” That went on to appear on UGK’s “Underground Kingz” album.
