Burglars steal $250,000 from Atlanta strip club
Atlanta is known as one of the biggest strip club cities in the United States. However, one of its most popular ones, Onyx, took a huge loss, this week. According to 11 Alive, thieves were able to break into the club through the ceiling. Therefore, they soon made their way by crawling to the safes, and were able to pocket a whopping $250,000, in total.
This incident is said to have occurred around 4:16am, on Monday morning. Moreover, power tools were reportedly used to get inside Onyx through the roof. As a result, the burglars spent two hours inside the strip club, before making their way out with $250,000.
Onyx is located in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, on Cheshire Bridge Road. This venue has attracted many notable names in the music industry, such as Drake, Lil Baby, and much more.
Meanwhile, Atlanta police have since opened up an investigation. As of now, no arrests have been made in this case, as police encourage those who have information to speak with APD. This incident has since heavily gone viral on social media, due to the way these suspects were easily able to obtain this $250,000.
