Busta Rhymes to release “Blockbusta” album on November 24

Busta Rhymes has been working on his 11th studio album, as the official title and release date were unveiled on Monday. This is “Blockbusta,” which is set to be released on November 24. Furthermore, this project will also be executive produced by fellow legends such as Pharrell Williams, Timbaland and Swizz Beatz.

Moreover, Busta released two lead singles off of Blockbusta, this summer. This included “Beach Ball” featuring BIA and “Luxury Life” featuring Coi Leray.

2023 has been major for Busta Rhymes, overall. In addition to his new singles and the Blockbusta album, he was also honored at the BET Awards, in June. The Brooklyn native received the prestigious Lifetime Achievement award, on stage. Busta has also been venturing across the world this year, to perform on 50 Cent’s The Final Lap World Tour.

Busta’s previous studio album arrived back in November 2020, which was “Extinction Level 2: The Wrath Of God.” That project contained 30 tracks, including collaborations with Eminem, Mariah Carey, Rick Ross, Chris Brown, and more. Busta’s previous project came in November 2022, which was his “The Fuse Is Lit” EP.
