Caesars Palace and Live Nation are looking to get Adele’s Las Vegas residency concerts back on, by mid-2022

Adele Las Vegas residency concerts aiming for mid-2022 start

Last week, Adele fans received shocking news, when they found out that the singer’s highly anticipated Las Vegas residency shows wouldn’t happen, for now.

The first concert was set to take place on January 21, but Adele took to Instagram on the day before, to break the sudden news. The “Easy On Me” artist claimed that most of her team came down with COVID-19, and they were scrambling to find ways to move forward with the shows.

Ultimately, reports surfaced that Adele actually didn’t like how the concert venue at Caesars Palace would be set up. This came a month after tickets were on sale, and Adele was scheduled to perform until mid-April. Now, Caesars and Live Nation is attempting to bring these Adele concerts back on.

According to TMZ, $150 million is on the line, for how much these Adele concerts can make. In the next month, Live Nation and Caesars are figuring out a way to make these concerts happen, sometime in the middle of 2022. The initial plan was to try to get the February shows back on, but that unfortunately wasn’t able to get done.

Some aspects of Caesars Palace that Adele reportedly didn’t like, were the sound system, the choir, a special effects pool, and outdated Meyer sound system. Caesars ended up installing a new state-of-the-art sound system for Adele, which she did approve of, though.
