Back in 2012, Ca$h Out became one of the biggest breakout rappers of the year. This was for his hit single, “Cashin’ Out.” That record went on to peak at number 36, on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Cashin’ Out also hit platinum status in the US. The star-studded remix also included Akon, Jeezy, Fabolous, and Yo Gotti.

Now, Ca$h Out is facing some very serious legal woes. In 2018, he was accused of raping women and running a prostitution ring and now, an indictment has been handed down. The Atlanta native is reportedly facing 25 years to life in prison for these charges, as it’s part of a 41-count indictment. Charges include sex trafficking, racketeering, rape, trafficking a person for sexual servitude, and aggravated sodomy, according to WSB-TV 2.

Ca$h Out is also said to be the head man who ran the operation, and five others were involved. The indictment was made official in March.

Ca$h Out went on to upload a post to his Instagram stories, where he turned to God for strength in this situation. There was also a mention made about not living in constant fear of the future of those who oppress you of those who are ready to destroy you. The end of the post was concluded with a “Free Ca$h Out” hashtag, as well. There has since been no public posts made on his main Instagram feed, or Twitter account.
