It’s been a journey for Cam Newton since he joined the NFL, in 2011. He was drafted by the Carolina Panthers, who just suffered from having the worst record in the NFL. Since then, the team has risen at a steady pace and have had the league’s best record this season.
Thus far, the Panthers have proven they are no fluke. They maintained their winning and Cam Newton won the MVP award. Living in Charlotte, it is hard to go anywhere and not see and hear about him, as he has taken over the NFL.
Tonight, Cam Netwon has led the Panthers to their second-ever appearance in the Super Bowl. Obviously, the plan is to come out with the win and the championship. However, Denver has had other plans and they have made it hard and Cam Newton is still getting blasted on Twitter for it.
