Not every North Carolina resident is a Carolina Panthers fan. But, the ones really from NC who follow sports keep up with the hometown team. Last season, it was hard to not #KeepPounding when the boys kept winning, led by Cam Newton.

After awhile, it didn’t seem like a fluke anymore and the Panthers finished 15-1. When the playoffs came, they went to the Super Bowl and they had Steph Curry ring the bell. Man, how ironic that moment would become…

Long story short, Cam Newton was back in the Super Bowl, tonight, even though the Panthers didn’t even make the playoffs. Believe it or not, Cam Newton was in a Buick commercial. That part isn’t surprising, but the content of the commercial is, which is why casual fans love watching the Super Bowl.
