Cam’ron recently performed at the event Nas’ Mass Appeal had for Hip Hop’s 50th Anniversary. While it’s not discussed often, Nas has become one of hip hop’s top moguls. In 2014, he purchased the Mass Appeal brand and he’s breathed new life into it. Recently, he had a Hip Hop 50 concert at Yankee Stadium and invited all of the legends. This included Cam’ron, a rapper Nas once had issues with. As a result, Cam made a video thanking Nas for the invite.

Cam’ron was signed to Roc-A-Fella Records during the height of the Jay-Z/Nas beef. Because he was a member of the Roc, Cam sided with his team. As a result, Cam ended up being one of the many rappers on the roster to make records disrespecting Nas. When Nas had his infamous radio interview rant, Cam was among the rappers he insulted. However, Cam’ron has mentioned an airport encounter, which led to him and Nas burying the hatchet.

Cam’ron was not the primary focus of the feud Nas once had with Roc-A-Fella Records. However, some have argued that he made some of the harshest insults. Ending the feud is one thing, but Nas inviting Cam’ron to perform at Yankee Stadium is a different beast. While Cam said he’s performed at Madison Square Garden several times, performing at Yankee Stadium was different. As a result, Cam shared a video thanking Nas for including him in this.
