Capone-N-Noreaga talk Lil Wayne shout out with Hot 97 [VIDEO]

Queens is home to some legends, if the people take the time out to think about it. Just off top, there is Run-DMC and LL Cool J, meanwhile others include Nas, Capone, N.O.R.E., Ja Rule, Mobb Deep, and 50 Cent. Again, those are only a handful of the multitude of dudes who came and held Queens down over the years.

Lil Wayne always had a love and respect for Queens, as he worked with Nas, N.O.R.E., and Ja Rule. His love for N.O.R.E. goes a bit deeper and he shouted N.O.R.E., along with Capone, out on “Believe Me,” featuring Drake. This helped introduce the younger hip hop market to the older heads.

This morning, Capone-N-Noreaga talked to Hot 97’s morning show trio of Ebro, Laura Stylez, and Peter Rosenberg. They spoke on their history in the game and the impact they have left. But, they also dedicated a bit of their conversation to the shout out Lil Wayne gave them.
