There is a little bit of Cardi B in everyone, because it feels good to reach the top, and hit back at the haters. But, the way she came up, has inspired people. Whether people admit it, or not, her music is also catchy.
Cardi B took the industry by surprise, as “Bodak Yellow” exceeded all expectations. She got so hot that her presence was soon giving hits to G-Eazy, Migos, Nicki Minaj, and even Bruno Mars. With that, she was the top candidate for Best New Artist.
Opening the iHeart Awards, tonight, Cardi B had the people buzzing, as she performed all of her hits. The one knock against Cardi B is that she has only one true hit, and only features. But, for all of those waiting on the album, she let them know it comes in April, and Twitter has a lot to say about her acceptance speech.
