Cardi B and Madonna prevent possible beef after phone call
On Sunday, Cardi B almost added another beef to her resume this year, involving the legendary Madonna. Madonna initially discussed how she made an impact in expressing sexuality, as well as in her “S.E.X.” book. In Madonna’s Instagram stories, she went on to say “Now Cardi B can sing about her WAP. Kim Kardashian can grace the cover of any magazine with her naked a** and Miley Cyrus can come in like a wrecking ball… You’re welcome b***hes.”
Cardi felt some type of way about these possible shots at her, as she was surprised about this situation. Cardi explained on Twitter, in soon-to-be deleted tweets, how she’d always show Madonna love.
“I literally payed this woman homage so many times cause I grew up listening to her…,” said Cardi on Twitter. “She can make her point without putting clown emojis and getting slick out the mouth.” SAY WAT YOU WANT TO SAY BUT DONT INSULT ME THE F**K. Nobody gonna lil girl me (specially a white woman).”
Hollywood Unlocked’s Jason Lee went on to claim that he got Cardi and Madonna on the phone, and they made up, peacefully. The two soon began to show each other love, on Twitter. Cardi also thanked Jason, for his assistance, in making things right.
