Cardi B & Offset sued for missed rent & damage to rental home

Cardi B and Offset appear to be done as a couple, as Cardi bashed Offset, earlier this month. Moreover, it seems that a separation is now in full effect, after being married since 2017, and having two children together. Offset was also rumored to have had his bank account cleared by Cardi, but he subliminally denied that.

Meanwhile, Cardi and Offset are now facing a lawsuit together. According to TMZ, they are now being sued for not paying rent for a Beverly Hills vacation home. Furthermore, they’re also said to have left the home in a very dirty condition.

Cardi and Offset reportedly started renting out this home in early 2022, and went on to leave, this past October. They’re also said to have left without any notice being put in to the owner of the property. Therefore, rent and utility payments soon were failed to be made, after leaving.

In addition to the rent and utilities, Cardi and Offset are accused of causing “significant property damage.” These include tile floors, rugs, and curtains, broken furniture, holes in the walls, as well as burn marks on items such as tables, counters, and cabinets.
