Cardi B and sister Hennessy Carolina win defamation lawsuit, after Donald Trump MAGA supporters sued them and claimed that Hennessy and her friends called them racists, in 2020

Back in September 2020, an incident occurred at Smith Point Beach, in the Hamptons. Three people who were wearing Donald Trump MAGA hats claimed that Cardi B’s sister Hennessy Carolina and her friends, harassed them.

This group of people also alleged that Hennessy spat on them, and called them “racist MAGA supporters.” They also claimed that they were constantly called racist. This eventually resulted in a defamation, assault and battery lawsuit against Hennessy, and even Cardi, after calling them out.

Cardi believed her sister and friends were verbally attacked by the group, for being Afro-Hispanic and gay. Now, a judge in New York has now dismissed this case, according to TMZ. The reasoning was that the comments made by  Hennessy were just “general insults.”

Also, the judge ruled that there was no proof that Hennessy was actually trying to spit on these people. Cardi eventually claimed in her 2020 tweets that Hennessy and her sister were being harassed, over a parked car, as well.

Cardi also recently scored a huge milestone for her music, as well. This past week, her 2018 debut album, “Invasion Of Privacy,” became the first album to have every song become certified platinum by the RIAA.
