Cardi B has officially passed 1 million sales with #InvasionofPrivacy, making her eligible for a platinum plaque

Forget all else, Cardi B is the people’s champ, and she’s still riding the top part of the charts. Not only is “Be Careful” the song of the summer, but she also has the pop anthem, with “I Like It” becoming another summer hit. Then, she’s on Maroon 5’s “Girls Like You.”

Cardi B continues defying the odds, but that’s not even up for a discussion anymore. Now, Cardi B is one of the top artists in the game, and she’s not going away, either. Already, she is back in the studio, working on new music.

Invasion of Privacy is still doing exceptionally well, though. At a time when albums don’t sell, Cardi B has crossed the 1 million mark, meaning her album is eligible to go platinum. She is the second female artist of 2018 to reach this mark.
