Cardi B says sophomore album will be out in early 2024
On Friday, Cardi B released another potential major hit for herself. This is “Bongos,” as it also included a huge feature from Megan Thee Stallion. This isn’t the first time that these two ladies linked up, as Megan was also featured on Cardi’s 2020 Billboard Hot 100 chart-topping “WAP” single. Prior to Bongos, Cardi’s last single was “Hot S***” in July 2022, which featured Kanye West and Lil Durk.
Meanwhile, Cardi fans are also anxiously waiting for her to finally release her sophomore album. However, on Friday, she appeared on The Breakfast Club and provided a new update about this project.
As a result, Cardi revealed that this album is being planned for an early 2024 release. This would be done in that first quarter of the year. Furthermore, Cardi added that she has a title for the album in mind, but it’s not official.
It’s been a very long time since Cardi last released a project. That was in April 2018, with the release of her debut studio album, “Invasion Of Privacy.” That went on to see a number one debut on the Billboard 200 chart.
