This afternoon, Nya Lee called Cardi B out, exposing some DMs the popular “Bodak Yellow” rapper sent her. The messages were threatening and a stark departure from how they started. At one point, these two were good friends.
Their history paralleled in a big way, as Cardi B and Nya Lee both appeared on “Love & Hip Hop,” but at different times. Both used the show to further their music. The two used to be friends, but Cardi B called her out for dissing her.
Nya Lee took the messages public and said she was not wrong for saying she doesn’t like her flow or delivery. Already, Cardi B had to contend with Azealia Banks dissing her, and Stefflon Don calling her out, in the middle of that. With Nya Lee taking shots, Cardi B responded, but deleted the post.
